Meninya Medical Clinic is a private billing medical practice, please contact the practice for the current fee schedule.


We have online claiming through Medicare, once registered you will receive your rebate payment within 2 to 3 days in your bank account. Otherwise, you will receive a cheque in the mail from Medicare.​​​

Immunisation



At Meninya Medical Clinic we administer vaccinations such as COVID-19, Japanese Encephalitis, Influenza, Adult and Childhood. Please contact the clinic to find out more.



Guided Ultrasound



The key to correct management of these conditions is an accurate diagnosis. At MMC our doctors are well placed to diagnose and coordinate the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal injuries that involve the bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments of the body.



Chronic Disease Management



At Meninya Medical Clinic we pride ourselves in offering comprehensive Chronic Disease Management Plans for patients diagnosed with Diabetes, Asthma, Osteoarthritis, Cardiovascular Disease, Cancer or Stroke. These plans are bulk billed through Medicare. To find out more and to see if your eligible please make an appointment with your GP.



Health Assessment



Our clinic offers 75 and over, 45-49 and ATSI Health Assessments. These appointments are booked with a nurse first them with your GP. These assessments are valuable in building an extensive heath history while also performing specialised tests to ensure that your GP can better assist you in your health journey. These assessments are bulk billed through Medicare. Please book a Health Assessment today.



Minor Surgery



Our highly trained doctors at MMC will provide excellent surgical care and our registered nurses are highly skilled in wound management for minor surgical procedures. We also perform Biopsies, Skin excisions and ingrown toenail wedge resections.



Medical Termination of Pregnancy



Medical termination is a safe and effective method of terminating a pregnancy up to 9 weeks (63 days) gestation using medication rather than surgery. If you want to find out more, please call the Practice to make an appointment.



Pathology



Dorevitch is onsite for all your extensive pathology needs Supplemented by our nurses who are highly skilled in phlebotomy.

OUR DOCTORS



Dr Mena Attalh



MBBS FRACGP, GradCert SportsMed



Dr Mena has a passion for General medicine, Sports medicine and performing Skin checks. He has a Master Degree in Orthopaedics, that he studied in Egypt and completed a graduate certificate Sports Medicine from Queensland University. Dr Mena performs ultrasound guided joint injections to treat sports injuries and chronic pain and also performs skin cancer checks and skin surgeries here in Meninya Medical Clinic’s fully equipped treatment room. Outside work life Dr Mena enjoys spending time with his beautiful family, travel and currently learning to play guitar with his son.



Dr Michael Harris



MBBCH, EMC (emergency), Dip. diabetes care



Dr Michael Harris graduated in 2005 with an Emergency Masters Degree that he completed in Egypt and he also holds a Diploma in Diabetes Care and Education from Dundee University, Scotland. Dr Harris has most recently been working in the Emergency Department in Shepparton for the past 3 years. Dr Harris enjoys reading and listening to music outside work. Meninya Medical Clinic welcomes Dr Michael Harris to the practice



Dr Nardeen Tawfik



MBBCH, AMC cert., Dip. Dermatology



Dr Nardeen Tawfik graduated from Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University in Egypt. She has worked at Bendigo Health, Victoria for 2.5 years, gaining diverse experience within a hospital environment. Dr Nardeen has a special interest in mental health, dermatology, women's health and paediatrics. Outside work she gets great enjoyment from reading, creating artwork, travel and spending time with her family.



Dr Swati Parmar



MBBS, AMC cert.



Dr Swati Parmar graduated from a prestigious university in India and worked as s family physician in India for 5 years. She enjoys working with a diverse community to live healthy and happy lives. She is particularly interested in mental health, women’s, and children's health. She also has a passion for preventative medicine management of chronic diseases, focusing on holistic patient centred medicine. Dr Swati has also worked as a clinical tutor in bridging courses in Australia. Outside work she enjoys family time, cooking, and crocheting. Dr Swati is thoroughly enjoying the rural life in Echuca/Moama.

We provide patients with longer consultations if required.
